8:45 Teachers and students gather at pavilion stage for instructions
9:15 – 11:00 Students visit artists and demonstration booths in groups
11:00 Teachers & students visit artisans, demonstrators, arena events at leisure
11:30 Lunch break
12:00 Hoop dance on pavilion stage
12:30 Native American Music in arena
1:00 – 1:20 Chickasaw Nation Dance Troupe in arena / Snake dance
